• User Content: You may have the opportunity to submit content to the Platform, including but not limited to stories, comments, and feedback ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Platform.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit and the consequences of sharing or publishing such content. • The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the content.

Limitation of Liability:

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenTales and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, even if OpenTales has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification:
